Elecnor Deimos renews certification for its Information Security Management System

AENOR has awarded Elecnor Deimos and all its subsidiaries the ISO 27001:2022 multisite certification with accreditation by ENAC (Spanish National Accreditation Body), thereby endorsing information security management in the Deimos Group.

The ISO 27001 standard is an international standard that sets the requirements for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This system is used to protect information confidentiality, integrity and availability. The standard provides a framework for information security that helps organisations to identify and manage information security risks effectively.

This certification renewal applies to all the Elecnor Deimos companies and sites: Deimos Space, S.L.U. (Tres Cantos) and its subsidiaries Deimos Engineering and Systems, S.L.U. (Puertollano), Deimos Engenharia, S.A. (Portugal), Deimos Space UK LTD (United Kingdom) y Deimos Space S.R.L. (Romania).

The initial certification for the Deimos Information Security Management System was awarded by AENOR in 2017. This is the second full renewal of the system, this time with the most recent version of the ISO 27001:2022 standard, which confirms that Deimos rigorously complies with the most up-to-date standards for information security, ensuring complete data protection and the privacy of our clients and partners.
