Elecnor has renewed its AENOR certifications for criminal compliance and combating bribery and corruption
These certifications show that Elecnor promotes the implementation of best practices in regulatory compliance and combating corruption.
Elecnor, the Spanish infrastructures, energy, services and telecommunications group, has obtained the renewal of the AENOR certificates for its Criminal Compliance Management System and Anti-bribery Management System. These certifications show that the Group complies with the requirements under the reference standards UNE 19601 and ISO 37001 and demonstrate the Group’s commitment to the continued improvement and full operativity of its Compliance System, thereby promoting efficient management which reduces the risk of the commission of crimes and the practice of bribery.
Thus, the Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación (Spanish Association for Normalisation and Certification) has once again recognised the efforts made by Elecnor to promote the implementation of best practices in regulatory compliance and fighting corruption by establishing measures that allow for the suitable prevention, detection and management of any possible criminal behaviour.
This renewal reinforces Elecnor’s work in analysing existing criminal risks during the development of its activities, maintains the high reputational value of the company and demonstrates the implication of all the professionals that make up the organisation in the prevention and proper management of compliance risks.
